A confirmation email will be sent with your tour details. Please review it carefully and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Arrival Time & Punctuality All our tours take place in central London, where traffic and congestion can cause delays. We strongly recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before your scheduled tour time to ensure a smooth start. Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals or wait for guests who arrive late. No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable. Changes to Your Booking You may request changes to your booking (such as date, time, or participant details) up to 24 hours before the tour. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the tour may not be possible and may incur additional fees. Weather Policy Our tours operate rain or shine. However, if severe weather makes it unsafe to proceed, we may cancel the tour and offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
